CCTA Forecasts 10 Million New Spindles in Operation by End of 2007

China's Cotton Textile Association has forecast that 10 million new spindles will come into operation by the end of 2007. This suggests yarn output will expand by 1.5 million tons, with total 2007 yarn output exceeding 20 million tons. The CCTA has also indicated that total cotton use in 2007 will reach 13 million tons.
